Shipping timelines

Ships out Same Day / Next Day

Shipping on the same day is also calcualted by weight and location, and will be calculated at the time of checkout.

Important Note

Once we receive your order, it is usually shipped based on the shipping option you have selected. Please add in this processing time for your order to the transit times shown above. If you order on Saturday, Sunday, or on a Holiday, your order will ship the following business day. We do not charge our customers handling fees if not stated otherwise. 

Real-time online order tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email with a tracking number and a link to available real-time online order tracking.

Weekend and holiday delivery

We cannot guarantee weekend delivery. Express services do not deliver on weekends. Sorry if any inconvenience brought to you. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Signature requirement

For your security, the courier may require a signature at time of delivery. Please select a delivery address where you can sign for your package when it arrives. 

The wrong item received

If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment) via our Customer Service Center, and we will make arrangements to send a replacement promptly.

Damaged in shipping

Sorry, we are not liable for any damage, lost or delay caused by third party shipper, such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, EMS & any damage, lost, or delay caused by natural disaster. But once your shipment was damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service Center( sales@hkscarf.com ) and we will try to help you to handle the issue.

RETURNS:

You have 12 hours to cancel your order. You may do so by sending our Customer Support group an email or by informing our Product Specialists who are online from 9am to 6pm in GMT +8 time.

Please be advised that once an order is being packed we are no longer able to modify your order.
